As a director of the Denver office Mr. Gardner also assumes responsibility for overseeing day-to-day productivity, client relations, staffing and budgeting. His project management responsibilities include construction document production, contract negotiation, design, CAD standard implementation and close-out.<\/p>\n<p>Steve has a proven track record of critical thinking, analysis, decision making and leadership abilities. His work includes commercial, institutional, residential, entertainment, mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects. With over 26 years of experience in all phases of the practice, he is well-versed in entitlements, masterplanning, feasibility studies, code research, design, specification writing, construction administration, program management and technical quality control.
