Nestled into a peaceful hillside the project provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities for the elderly in a full-service continuing care retirement community.\u00a0 The three-story building offers residents an option of living environments through studio apartments and one-bedroom units.<\/p>\n

The facility includes common food service functions, special care and nursing services.\u00a0 An objective of the design team is the comfort of the inhabitants and consequently a focus of the project is to include outdoor site amenities such as a dining patio, a living area patio and a memory care patio.<\/p>\n

Although the project required only 33 parking spaces, VTBS devised an additional 26 stalls in both surface parking and a subterranean garage to accommodate the residents and their guests.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
