Located on densely-traveled Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica, CA, the building is adjacent to a residential neighborhood which presented an opportunity to create a design that would enhance the urban context \u2013 yet be sympathetic to the residential community.\u00a0 The design takes advantage of the corner lot by creating a visual impact with cantilevered and terraced floor levels, in conjunction with glazed vertical elements.\u00a0 The exterior finishes and colors were designed to capture the attention of the passer-by, while remaining unobtrusive to the occupants.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
