Designed to accommodate the entertainment industry, one of the form-giving design considerations was the view of the mountains, and the requirement for executive corner offices and outdoor terraces.<\/p>\n

This 50,000 square foot corporate office building has become one of the key structures in the revitalization of the Burbank Media District.\u00a0 Highly distinctive architecturally, the building is visible from the busy Ventura Freeway, providing a landmark in the area.\u00a0 The four floors of offices are constructed over three floors of parking, one on-grade and two subterranean at three stalls per 1,000 square feet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
