When the Woolsey Fire destroyed their original Malibu cottage, Bill and Magnolia Becker decided to start fresh with a contemporary residence. The design adheres to the existing slab foundation while taking its inspiration from the minimalist grids of the iconic mid-century Case Study Houses.
