Erik Hall joined Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh, AIA in 1998 as an Architectural Intern with an emphasis in design and Architectural Rendering. He has grown to be a leader in the Denver office design and production services. With his professional emphasis on design, he plays a pivotal role in the concept and schematic development of Denver office projects. Erik also functions as a Project Manager, simultaneously overseeing several projects through Design Development, Construction and Construction Administration phases. He is adept at design detailing and well versed in the technical aspects of Type V construction. His versatility and ability in varied roles demonstrate comprehensive knowledge, skill and experience of the entire architectural process.

Steve Gardner is a Senior Associate and Project Manager with Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh, AIA. As a director of the Denver office Mr. Gardner also assumes responsibility for overseeing day-to-day productivity, client relations, staffing and budgeting. His project management responsibilities include construction document production, contract negotiation, design, CAD standard implementation and close-out.
Steve has a proven track record of critical thinking, analysis, decision making and leadership abilities. His work includes commercial, institutional, residential, entertainment, mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects. With over 26 years of experience in all phases of the practice, he is well-versed in entitlements, masterplanning, feasibility studies, code research, design, specification writing, construction administration, program management and technical quality control. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, consultants and contractors to provide superior service and design excellence within scope, budget and schedule.
