Mr. Ja-Yong Koo is a California-licensed architect who joined the firm in 2007, bringing with him over 30 years of extensive professional experience. As a Senior Project Manager, he specializes in mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, senior living facilities, commercial renovations, adaptive re-use projects and tenant improvements. He possesses a wealth of experience in successfully delivering complex projects through close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Mr. Koo possesses extensive experience in construction Administration, which has enabled him to successfully complete numerous projects; notably, he delivered the “6200 Hollywood Blvd” project, a massive mixed-use project over 1,000 apartment units with 130,000 sq.ft retail space and over 2,500 parking spaces.
