Mr. Hakim, a Partner at Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh, AIA, brings over two decades of professional architectural experience to our team.  Since joining the firm in 2003, he has successfully completed a wide range of complex developments, focusing heavily on multi-family housing and high-density, mixed-use urban infill projects throughout the Los Angeles area.  He expertly guides the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning and consultant coordination to building detailing, documentation, and uncompromising quality control, all while navigating rigorous municipal plan check processes.  He is dedicated to fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues for the benefit and success of every project.
